Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our main warehouse located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China. We currently ship to Germany and the United States only.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order’s delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.
- Processing Time: 1-5 business days
- Shipping Time: 4-8 business days
Please note that customs inspections, weather, or courier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your parcel through the courier’s official website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal as our only payment method.
All prices are displayed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). PayPal ensures your transaction is fast, secure, and protected.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately at clientservice@adelemedici.com.
Once an order enters the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
What should I do if my order is lost or damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible at clientservice@adelemedici.com.
For damaged items, please include clear photos or an unboxing video. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund within 3-5 business days.
