Refund policy

At Adele Medici, we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please read the following conditions carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to decide if you wish to return an item.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and protective wrapping).
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, and damage.
  • You must obtain return authorization before sending your parcel back.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Free gifts and promotional products
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
  • Important: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos or an unboxing video to assist our claims process.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email clientservice@adelemedici.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions:
    Once your request is approved, our support team will provide you with detailed return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Prepare and Ship:
    • Repack the item securely using the original packaging.
    • Ship your return using a tracked courier service of your choice.
    • Keep the tracking number as proof of shipment.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • If you paid with a debit or credit card, please allow additional time (depending on your bank’s processing speed) for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
    If you wish to receive a different size, color, or product, please place a new order on Adele Medici and return your original item following the instructions above.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the processing or shipping stage.
    If you wish to make changes shortly after placing an order, please contact clientservice@adelemedici.com immediately we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.

6. Additional Notes

  • We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
  • We are not responsible for the return of non–adelemedici.com items.
  • We do not offer Freight-To-Collect (FTC) service all return postage must be prepaid by the customer.
  • Please double-check your package before sending. Items sent in error cannot be retrieved once received.
