At Adele Medici, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains our processing timelines, delivery methods, and related terms.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to Germany and the United States only.
All orders are fulfilled from our main warehouse in China.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or regions outside the countries listed above.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+8) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Your order delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
A. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday).
- Processing time depends on product availability and stock of raw materials.
- Orders will be shipped within 7 business days after payment is received.
B. Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days (depending on destination and courier efficiency).
- Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance, weather, and courier capacity.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as customs inspections, local courier delays, or severe weather conditions may occasionally extend the delivery window.
3. Shipping Costs
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $39 USD.
- For orders below $39 USD, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD will apply at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress online through the courier’s website.
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.
5. Changing the Shipping Address
If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the address.
If your order is already in transit, please contact the courier directly to request an address change.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us at clientservice@adelemedici.com
After verification with the courier, we will provide a full refund within 3-5 business days.
7. Delivery Issues
Your order will be delivered according to the address and contact information provided at checkout.
Please ensure your details are accurate and complete.
If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons (such as an incorrect address or no one available to receive the parcel), the following conditions apply:
- The cost of redelivery or multiple delivery attempts will be borne by the customer.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or failed delivery, we will deduct the following before issuing a refund:
- Original shipping cost (incurred during initial dispatch)
- Return shipping fee (charged by the courier)
- Restocking fee (typically 10–20% of the order value to cover processing)
Only the remaining balance will be refunded.
To avoid delays or deductions, please double-check your shipping address and ensure someone is available to receive your order.
8. Customs & Import Duties
All orders are shipped from China.
Depending on your country’s import regulations:
- Germany: Orders may be subject to VAT or import duties upon arrival.
- United States: Most small parcels are duty-free under current import thresholds.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes charged by their local authorities.
